Mr. Hu obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with minor in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara.  Mr. Hu then attended Temple University Beasley School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate.  During law school Mr. Hu studied European law in Rome, Italy as well as Chinese law at Tsinghua University Law School where he earned a certificate in Chinese Law. Mr. Hu is fluent in Mandarin.
